When logging in, you may see an error like the one above, where you can't log into the server due to a version conflict with mods. How do you fix this?
The server is smart enough to spot updates and download them automatically. So, the Server Goddess does not have to worry. Client connecting? Sometimes your mods don't update, so you need to manually refresh them. Here is what you do:
Make a list of the mods that are causing issues, and take a screenshot if needed, so you have a record.
Shut down the Conan Exiles launcher and game completely.
Go to the Steam Workshop page of each mod, unsubscribe, and then re-subscribe to it. You should see it download when you resub. Do this for each mod!
Then launch, your problems will be fixed!
If they are not, the server's files may be the problem. Contact Silver on Discord, let her know which mods are causing issues, and she can check the server to ensure they are up to date in the server box. This problem can be fixed quickly once she knows.
Mod updates occur periodically as the authors fix issues and update their files. This is beneficial because it increases the resources we have to work with, improves our server's stability, and enhances everyone's experience with engaging content.
